Yacht moorings in Lixouri Fishport

Lixouri fishport is located on the west coast of the large gulf of Argostoliou in the south of Kefalonia.

Lixouri is a large empty port. Yachts can moor at the west waterfront. Depths at the waterfront are 2-2.5 meters. Yachts are moored stern on their own anchor or alongside. The harbor is silted up and the depths on the chart can be wrong. The harbor is well sheltered from the prevailing northwest winds. It is rarely visited by yachts and even at the height season there are available berths.

There are many taverns and bars near the port, there is a supermarket. On the waterfront there are two column with water and electricity.
