Yacht anchorages in Giagana Bay

Giagana Bay (Ormos Giagana) is located on the east coast of Kefalonia, 7 miles south of Fiskardo Fishport.

Yachts can be anchored in the northern half of the bay at depths of 5-17 meters without coming close to the underwater cable laid along the southern shore. The bottom is sand and seaweed. The bay shelters the yachts well from the north-westerly winds that prevail here in the summer.

There is a beach on the shore of the bay. The cove is little visited by yachts and tourists, although a road approaches the cove.
