Yacht anchorages in Foki Bay

Foki Bay (Ormos Foki) is located on the east coast of Kefalonia, half a mile south of Fiskardo Fishport.

The yachts are anchored at a depth of about 20 meters. The bottom is sand, silt and seaweed. Holding is good in spite of the great depth. Usually the yachts take lines from the stern to the shore. The bay shelters the yachts well from the prevailing north-west winds.

Many people come to Foki Bay to visit the cave.

On the west shore of the bay is a great beach. There is a tavern. On the shore there is a hiking trail to Fiskardo - 1.8 km.
