Yacht mooring at the buoys in Stupisca Bay

Stupisce Bay (Uvala Stupisce) is located in the north of Stari Grad Gulf in the western part of the island of Hvar, 5 miles north-west of the town of Stari Grad.

There are about a dozen mooring buoys for yachts in the bay. The bay shelters yachts well from all winds and waves, except southerly. The price of mooring at the buoy is 200-300 kuna per day. The shores of the bay are wild. The bay is often full of wasps.

You can go to Stari Grad by water taxes. The price is 100 kuna there and back.
