Mlaska Bay (Uvala Mlaska) is located on the northern coast of Hvar Island, 5 miles west-north-west of the eastern tip of the island.
Yachts can be anchored at the entrance of the bay at depths of 4-10 meters on the sandy seabed. Holding is good. Anchorage is well sheltered from winds and waves of southern directions. With the winds of other directions it is not recommended to stay here.
Mlaska Bay is a popular spot for day anchorage of tourist vessels, so here is noisy and crowded in the summer season.
The eastern shore of the bay is a popular sandy beach.
