Yacht anchorages in Kantina Bay

Kantina Bay (Ormos Kantina) is located on the north-east coast of the island of Ithaca and is part of the large bay of Kioni. The bay is unnamed on the maps. We name the bay by the name of the beach in it.

Yachts can be anchored all around the bay at depths of 5-20 meters. More often yachts takes mooring lines from the stern to the shore, as the bay is quite deep and anchoring is possible only along the shores. The seabed is sand and seaweed.

There is one kilometer along the road to Kioni village with taverns, bars and stores along the shore.
