Krusija Bay is located on the south-west shore of the small island of Plavnik off the east coast of Cres Island, 15 miles south-south-east of its northern tip. Plavnik is separated from Cres Island by the 0.5 mile wide Strait of Krushia.
Yachts can be anchored all around the bay at depths of 5-20 meters. The seabed is sand and seaweed. Holding is good. Possibleto take mooring lines to the shore. On the shore there are poles for fixing the ropes. There is one mooring buoy. The bay shelters yachts well from winds and waves from NW-N-E-SE.
There is a small concrete pier on the south-east shore to which tourist vessels are moored.
In the neighboring (to south-east) cove is the Blue Grotto ( also known as the Cave of Love).
