Yacht anchorage in Ayer Tuan Bay

Ayer Tuan Bay (Teluk Ayer Tuan) is located in the south of Dayang Bunting Island, 10 miles south-south-east of the capital Langkawi.

Yacht anchorage in Ayer Tuan Bay at the entrance of the bay at a depth of 3-4 meters. There is a small beach on the shore. The cove is suitable for anchoring during the northeast monsoon season (winter) and can be uncomfortable with strong south-west winds (summer).

Just east of Ayer Tuan Bay is a small like comma-shaped cove called Teluk Chawi. There are no restaurants, but you will find picnic tables and a beachfront barbecue area.
