Yacht anchorage off Batu Merah Island

The yacht anchorage is located in the strait between the west coast of Dayang Bunting Island (Palau Dayang Bunting) and the islands of Batu Merah (Palau Batu Merah) and Kukus (Palau Kukus).

Yachts are anchored in depths of 8-12 meters on the muddy bottom, surrounded by beautiful islands clad in rainforest.
Don't anchor too close to the reef, there is no beach. The place is not ideal as an overnight stay, but at any time of year it is a great lunch stop. There are fish farms on the north and south ends of this scenic canal, but no restaurants.
