Kairos Yacht Marina is located in the village of Karakoy, the only village on the Datca Peninsula facing Gokova Bay.

The marina consists of two pools: a small northeast pool for fishing boats and small boats, and a larger southwest pool for yachts. The marina has 246 berths on the water and 256 berths ashore. The deep near marina piers are 3-6 meters.
The marina provides good shelter for yachts in all winds, but in case of strong northeasterly and northeasterly winds the marina may become crowded of waves and the entry and exit from the marina may become difficult.
The marina provides a full range of services for yachts and yachtsmens. There is a 100-ton travel lift. It is possible to store yachts in winter on the water or on shore.
There are restaurants, stores near the marina. Every hour from the marina leaves the ferry to Bodrum and bus to Datca.
