The southern coast of the Bozburun Peninsula stretches from southern Cape Ala (Ala Br) to Icmeler at the entrance of Marmaris Bay. This stretch of coastline is only 25 miles long. There are only a few bays where yachts can anchor. There are no yacht marinas, no fishports. There are only restaurant piers. There are no attractions, except for a lot of beautiful rocks. But the southern coast of the Bozburun Peninsula is the most yacht-visited part of Turkey. It simply cannot be missed when sailing from Marmaris to Bodrum or back, and it is the most popular weekly route on yachts rented in Marmaris, the center of Turkish yachting charter.
