Sedir Island is located in the eastern part of Gokova Bay.
Usually yachts are anchored in the bay in the northeast of the island at depths of 3-10 meters. The bottom is sandy and holding is good. The bay provides excellent shelter for yachts from almost all winds.
There is a small pier on the west shore of the bay but it is always busy with commercial boats bringing tourists for island attractions and bathing on Cleopatra Beach.
