Village Kanala is located on the east side of Kithnos Island, 4.0 miles north of the southern tip of the island.

Yachts are anchored all around the bay at depths of 3-7 meters. The bottom is sand and seaweed. Holding is good. The bay shelters the yachts well from Meltemi.

There is one of the main attractions of Kithnos on the eastern shore of the bay, the Panagia Kanala Church.
