Flampouria bay is located on the west side of Kithnos Island, 1.4 miles north of Merichas.

Yachts are anchored all around the bay at depths of 3-10 meters. The bottom is sand and some seaweed. Holding is good. The bay shelters yachts well from northerly, easterly and southerly winds.

The eastern shore of the bay is a sandy beach. There is a tavern. Cute church. On the shores of the bay is a small village.
