Yacht anchorage in Agios Dimitros Bay

Agios Dimitros bay is located on the west side of Kithnos Island, 1.4 miles north of the southern tip of the island.

Yachts are anchored in the eastern part of the bay at a depth of 5-10 meters. The bottom is sand, seaweed, stones. Finding a patch of sand for anchorage is quite difficult. The cove is open to the northeast and well protected only from easterly winds.

There are two taverns on the shore.
