Yacht anchorage in Apokriosi Bay

Apokriosi bay is located on the west side of Kithnos Island, 1.4 miles north of Merichas.

Yachts are anchored all around the bay at depths of 3-15 meters. The bottom is sand and some seaweed. Holding is good. The bay shelters the yachts well from winds from all directions, except the west.

The eastern shore of the bay is a sandy beach. There are 2 taverns. To Chora is 3,7 km. Taxi is available. The shores of the bay are almost wild. There are only a few buildings.
