Yacht anchorage in Skilou Bay

Skilou bay is located on the east side of Kithnos Island, 3.0 miles north of the southern tip of the island. The bay on the maps is unnamed. We use the name of the beach to indicate it.

Yachts are anchored all around the bay at depths of 3-7 meters. The bottom is sand. Holding is good. The bay is well sheltered from Meltemi.

There is a clean sandy beach on the northwest shore of the bay and several villas on the north. At the north corner of the bay there is a small pier where you can leave your dinghy. There is a nice little church on the beach.
