Thilia Island (Nisida Thilia) is located off the west coast of Meganisi Island, 0.6 miles from the north-west tip of Meganisi.

Yachts are anchored most often in the only small cove on the east shore of Thilia Island. The bottom is seaweed and silt. It may take several attempts to anchor fixed. A good overnight anchorage in calm weather or with a north-west wind.
