The islands of the Koh Hong Group are only a mile north of Phanak Island. This group includes Ko Na Khae, Koh Hong and Koh Yai. The islands are part of Pang Nga National Park.
The only sheltered anchorage that should be recommended in this group of islands is between Koh Hong and the shallow waters southwest of Ko Na Khae. This anchorage provides good shelter for yachts in all seasons. Anchor at 10-13 meters depth holds well in the mud and seaweed. The place is very picturesque and it is very close to Koh Hong.
The most remarkable place in the Koh Hong group of islands is the inner lagoon of Koh Hong on the southeast of the island - the so-called Koh Hong Tunnel, which you can visited only by dinghy.
The lagoon is a great place to swim and do photography. The only disadvantage of the lagoon is that it is always crowded - it is a tourist spot.
