Harbor Morro Jable (Puerto del Morro Jable) is located in the south of the Fuerteventura, 57 miles east of the main yachting port of Las Palmes in Gran Canaria.
The port has 188 mooring berths for yachts at floating pontoons. The depths near the pontoons are up to 5 meters. The port is well protected from waves, but sometimes it can be very windy. This can make mooring a yacht quite difficult.
The eastern pontoons have water and electricity, but they are more expensive than the western pontoons.
The port has a small repair yard with a 70-ton travel lift and provides maintenance and repair of a yachts. The port provides a weather forecast.
As an alternative to yacht mooring in the port, it is possible anchorage to the west and or of the port.
The port of Morro Jable has a ferry terminal. Ferries are going to Tenerife and Gran Canaria. The town is a 10-15 minute walk to the east. The town has restaurants, bars, stores, diving center, supermarket, car rentals.
