Rosario harbor (Puerto del Rosario) is located on the east coast of Fuerteventura, 16 miles south of the marina of Corralejo, which is located at the northern tip of the island. There is no marina or harbor between Corralejo and Rosario.

Rosario is the oldest harbor in Fuerteventura. It is the main commercial port of the island. Also cruise ships often arrive here. This is explained primarily by the fact that Rosario is the capital of the island.

There are 60 berths for yachts at the pontoons. Maximum allowed yacht length is 12 meters. Depths near the pontoons are up to 5 m.
In addition, in the port area, that closed from the most winds, the yachts may be anchored on their own anchors or buoys.

When a yacht arrives, the skipper must inform the port authorities, who are located in a grey and white building with wooden doors to the left of the gate leading to the commercial port.

There is water and electricity at the fishing piers. There are restaurants and shops in town.
