Tenerife Island

Tenerife is the largest island in Canary Islands archipelago in the Atlantic Ocean. The island's capital is Santa Cruz de Tenerife. One of the main attractions is the Teide volcano, the highest point in Spain, the center of the Teide National Park. Its altitude is 3,718 meters and the relative height of 7,500 meters above the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean is the highest point in the ocean. The island of Tenerife is the third largest volcanic island in the world.
The coastline of the island is about 190 nautical miles long. There are no enclosed bays that could serve as shelters for yachts, but there are a sufficient number of yacht marinas and fishports.
