Methana City Pier is located in the central part of the village at the southern end of the eastern coast of the Methana Peninsula.

Methane's City Pier allows to moored 15-20 yachts. Most yachts are moored stern or bow to the south-west side of the large north-east pier at their own anchor. The depths at the pier are about 4 meters. The anchor is given at a depth of 5-10 meters. The bottom is muddy. Holding is good. Several yachts can moor alongside the short south-east pier. This pier is also about 4 meters deep. The shelter for yachts here is good in winds of all directions, except for strong southerly winds. Ferries moor to the outer side of the north-east pier.

In calm weather and with winds from north to south-west, yachts can be anchored to the south-west of the pier opposite the beach at depths of 5-10 meters.

There are many taverns on the shore. There are several grocery stores, spontaneous vegetable market. The sea near the pier is clean, you can swim. At 400 meters to the south-west of the pier there is a large pebble beach.
