Astypalia Harbor is located on the south-eastern coast of the western half of the island.

About 12-15 yachts can be moored to the inner side of the breakwater, using their anchor or stationary mooring lines (where they exist). Depths are 2.5-3.5 meters. Good shelter from Meltemi.
It is also possible to moor the yacht stern or bow to the waterfront to the east of the breakwater. But it is usually crowded, next to the ferries and not sheltered from Meltemi.
