There is an old concrete pier near the entrance to the Methana marina.
The depths at the pier are about 6 meters. Yachts can be moored to the pier alongside, stern or bow with their own anchor. Stern or bow to the pier can be moored by 5-6 yachts. The pier has a few bollards and rusty but still strong mooring rings and brackets. The anchor is at 12-15 meters depth. It may need a few tries before the anchor is fixed well.
The shelter for yachts is good in winds from south-west to north-east.
From the pier to the village about 200 meters. The place is quiet and sparsely visited. On the shore above the pier is a beautiful church.
