Yacht moorings at Krk Island

The Croatian island of Krk has a rugged coastline with many large and small bays suitable for anchorage of yachts. In Punat there is one of the largest yacht marina in Croatia - the marina Punat, which many people use as a place for winter mooring and repair of yachts, both yachtsmen from Croatia and from many other countries. In many small harbors on Krk island it is available for mooring yachts to the pier. In particular, this is possible at the piers in the old town of Krk, in Malinska, Omisalj, Baska and a number of other places. Anchorages at the island are even more and many of them are located in enclosed bays and are good shelters for yachts during bad weather.
