Lazare Bay (Lazare Baie) is located on south-west coast of Mahe 3,5 miles north-west of its southern tip.

Yachts can be anchored all over the bay at a depth of 5-10 meters. The bottom is sandy. Holding is good. The bay shelters yachts well from the north-west monsoon (December to April).
There are several villas and a couple of restaurants on the shores of the bay. The north-east shore of the bay is a sandy beach.
