Ternay Bay (Baie Ternay) is located in the north-west of Mahe Island.
Anchor is at the depth of 5-10 meters in the north-western part of the bay. The bottom is sandy. The anchor holds well. There are several mooring buoys here. The bay is good shelters for yachts from the south-east monsoon (April to November).
The bay is Tournai Bay National Marine Park. The shores of the bay are wild.
