Romanos Bay is located on the south-west coast of Tinos Island, three miles north-west of Tinos harbor.
Yachts are anchored in Romanos Bay in front of the beach at a depth of 3-6 meters. The cove provides the yachts some protection from Meltemi, but when the wind increases, there is a wave in the bay.
In the south-east corner of the bay there is a small artificial harbor for fishing boats. You can't go in there by yacht because it is too shallow.
The north-east shore of the bay is a large sandy beach. Along the coast scattered villas and bungalows, which in the season are rented to tourists. There is a tavern and a bar.
