Yacht Marina Piskera is located in a narrow channel between the island of Piskera in Kornati island of Croatia and the small island of Vela Panitula. The pontoons of the marina are adjacent to the northern coast of Vela Panitula. The marina, which is open from April 1 to October 31, offers 118 berths for yachts up to 30 meters in length and 3.5 meters in draft.
The marina is a safe shelter for yachts in most winds, but becomes very uncomfortable in strong southerly or south-easterly winds. Because of its isolation, water and electricity in the marina are rationed and available at limited times.
The approach to Piskera Marina is mostly safe, although there are numerous islets and reefs and a large chart scale is required. When approaching from the north, the yacht passes through the narrow channel between Piskera and Lavsa islands before turning right to enter the marina from the south-east, leaving Mala Panitula on the port side. When approaching from the south, the yacht can either leave Mala Panitula on port side at the entrance or pass between Vela Panitula and Skanji Veli reef about 150 meters from its south-east cape. This channel is very narrow, but the depths are up to 7.0 m. Note that the northern part of the channel between Piskera and Vela Panitula is shallow, rocky and impassable by boat.
