Yacht moorings in Saplunara Bay

Saplunara Bay is located on the south-east tip of the island of Mljet.

Yachts are anchored in the northern part of the bay at a depth of 5.0 - 6.0 meters. Anchor holds well in the sand with patches of seaweed. The shelter for yachts here is excellent in all winds except south-west and south.

Along the north shore of the bay are mooring buoys belonging to restaurants.

The main civilization is from the village on the east side of the bay. Restaurants are in the village. There is a nice sandy beach in the head of the bay and the surroundings are pleasant and well planted with trees.
