Yacht anchorage in Lokva Bay

Lokva Bay is located on the west side of Mljet Island 0.6 miles south-west of Pomena.

Yachts are anchored all around the bay at depths from 5 to 20 meters. The seabed is sand and seaweed. Holding is good on sand, but you may have to do several attempts to be anchored securely. Good shelter for yachts in all winds except strong northerly winds.

From the bay to Pomena is about a kilometer. It is possible to call a taxi.
