Yacht moorings in Plitvine Bay

Plitvine Bay (Uvala Plitvine) is located on the west coast of the island of Korcula near Vela Luka.

There are several mooring buoys for yachts in Plitvina Bay. Mooring of yachts at the buoys is paid. In autumn 2021 there were 6 buoys and the daily mooring cost 200 kuna. It is also possible to be anchored outside the buoy field. It is free of charge. The bottom is sand and seaweed. Holding is goog on the sand. The bay shelters yachts well from winds and waves from the north and east directions.

There is a hotel on the north-west shore of the bay. It is best to anchored away from it, as boats that take tourists to Vela Luka often go to there.
