Guancha Beach (Playa de la Guancha) is located in the south-east of La Gomera Island, a mile and a half south-west of the island's capital, San Sebastian.

The yachts are anchored in front of the beach at a depth of 5-6 meters on the sandy bottom. Holding is good. The anchorage at Guancha Beach is well sheltered from northerly winds. It is a good place to wait for a berth in La Gomera marina in San Sebastian.
