Yachts mooring in Playa Santiago Fishport

Fishport Playa Santiago (Puerto Playa de Santiago) is located in the south-east of La Gomera, 6 miles south-west of the island's capital, San Sebastian.

Yachts are moored along at the breakwater outside the ferry mooring area (the root of the breakwater). There is space for a couple of yachts. Good shelter from the prevailing winds, but if there is even a small wave, mooring at the pier should be avoided. There is a repair area in the harbor with a travel lift.

In calm weather, yachts can be anchored just east of the harbor on depths of 4-6 meters in front of the beach.

There is a beach, several restaurants and a supermarket near the port. There are not many tourists.
