Yacht anchorage in Cantera Bay

Cantera Bay (Cala Cantera) is located on the south-west coast of La Gomera Island, 9 miles west-southwest of the island's capital, San Sebastian (by sea, 11 nm).

Yachts are anchored in the center of the bay at a depth of 5-8 meters. The bottom is sandy. Holding is good. The bay shelters yachts well from northern and north-easterly winds.

There are several buildings of the old fish factory on the shore, that appear to be abandoned, but according to 2019 reports, the place is not abandoned. People live there and they ask that drones not be used here.
