Yachts anchorages in Karaali Bay

Karaali Bay (Karaali Koyu) is located on the southern coast of the Datca Peninsula in the eastern part of Hisaroeneu Gulf.

In Karaali Bay yachts are anchored not only in places marked on Navionics charts but also along all shores of the bay. The yacht have anchorage at a depth of 10-12 meters with long lines to the shore. The bottom is sandy. Holding is good. The bay is open to the south but it also has a wave when Meltemi so you can use the bay for anchorages in calm weather or in northern winds.

The shores of the bay are deserted. In summer quite a lot of gulets come here and the bay becomes noisy.
