Yacht anchorages in Mellieha Bay

Mellieha Bay is the northernmost bay on Malta's east coast, just a mile from the northern tip of the island.

In Mellieha Bay, yachts can be anchored almost anywhere in depths of 3-20 metres. The bottom in most places is sand and seaweed. In the bay, yachts are well sheltered from the prevailing north-westerly winds.
