Comino Island

Comino is a small island in the Maltese archipelago between the Malta and Gozo islands in the Mediterranean Sea, measuring 3.5 square kilometres (1.4 square miles). Named after the caraway seed, the island has a permanent population of only two inhabitants. The island is a bird and nature reserve.

The northern and western coasts of the island are the most indented. There are several islets and rocks off the west coast that, together with Comino, form the Blue Lagoon, the most famous attraction on the island. Anchorages and mooring buoys are mainly located at the north and west coasts of the island.

In addition to the Blue Lagoon, there are several other sights that are interesting for visiting.
