Yacht mooring at buoys in Xlendi Bay

Xlendi Bay is located on the south-west coast of Gozo Island.

There are many mooring buoys in the bay. Some of them are set quite close to the shore. In this case a mooring lines ashore is recommended. The bay is open to the west, so overnight mooring here is only recommended in stably calm weather.

Outside the buoy field it is possible to stay at your own anchor on depths of 5-15 metres. Seabed is sand and seaweed. Holding is good.

There is a resort village on the shore with several restaurants and bars and a small grocery shop.
