Yacht anchorage in an unnamed bay near Scario

The bay is located on the Cilento coast a mile south-west of Scario.

Yachts can be anchored in the whole area of the bay at depths of 5-10 meters. The seabed is sand and seaweed. Holding is good on the sand. The bay shelters yachts from winds and waves of northern directions. Therefore anchorage here is possible only in northern winds or in stable calm weather.

On the shore is a deserted beach and many beautiful rock grottos.
