Aquafredda Bay is located on the coast of Cilento, 3.5 miles south-east of Sapri.

Yachts can be anchored all around the bay at depths of 10-15 meters. The seabed is sandy. Holding is good. The bay shelters yachts from winds and waves from northern to eastern. In winds of other directions it is possible to be anchored in the bay only in stable quiet weather.
