Yacht mooring on buoys in Infreschi Bay

Infreschi Bay (Baia degli Infreschi) is located on the Cilento coast 50 miles south-east of Salerno.

Anchorage is prohibited here.You cannot moor yachts here, only at the mooring buoys. It is free of charge.

Some of the buoys are submerged and are at a depth of 1-3 meters. During the daytime in the high season there are a lot of yachts in the bay. Several yachts are moored at each buoy. Therefore, if you do not see free buoys, boldly go to the busy buoys and moor to it. If you stand alone, you will be accepted in the same way without asking permission. Here it's the way it's done.

By evening, the bay is empty and only a few yachts remain for the night.
