Positano

Positano is a small resort town on the north coast of the Gulf of Salerno, 8 miles west of Amalfi. Positano has been known as a resort since Roman times. Today it is one of the most fashionable resorts in Italy. The town is beautiful, but very expensive.

A field of mooring buoys for yachts is set up opposite the town.
