Yacht mooring in Rossa Bay on Favignana Island

Rossa Rossa (Cala Bay) is located on the eastern part of the northern coast of Favignana Island.

In Ross Bay, yachts are anchored either on mooring buoys or on their own anchor at depths of 5-7 meters. The bottom is sandy and the anchor holding is good. The bay is open to northerly winds.

Rossa Cove is located in the Egadi Islands Marine Protected Area, which requires a special permit. Non-residents of Italy can get it online on the official website of the National Park. There it is also worth checking the rules for the different areas of the Egadi Islands Marine Protected Area. The rules are constantly changing.
