The piers on the city waterfront are equipped only with fixed mooring, rings and bollards (no water or electricity). Depths range from 4.0 meters on the east end to 2.0 meters at the west end of the waterfront. The first 15 minutes of berthing are free, then you have to pay for half or full day. If there are a lot of available berths, you can bargain.
Yachts are moored on the city waterfront with their stern or bow to the pier on fixed mooring lines. The quay is open to all winds, except north-easterly. Often mooring is not very comfortable because of side winds. Night mooring of yachts here is suitable only in calm stable weather or in winds of eastern directions.
