St. Jacob's Cathedral is located in Sibenik. It is a monumental white-stone Catholic cathedral of the 15th century, a joint masterpiece of two of Croatia's most famous medieval architects and sculptors, Juraj Dalmatinac and Nikolaj Fiorentinac. It is entirely built of stone blocks and decorated with 74 heads and portraits of Juraj Dalmatinac's contemporaries. In 2000 UNESCO included the cathedral in the list of world cultural heritage.
