Laborie Bay is located on the south-west side of Saint Lucia Island, 4 miles north-west of the southern tip of the island.
Yachts usually are anchored at the east part of Labori Bay in front of the long pier in depths of 3-4 meters.
The bottom is sandy. Holding is good. The bay shelters yachts from winds and waves of north-easterly and easterly directions, but during strong easterly winds there may be some ripples in the bay. In south-easterly and southerly winds the bay cannot be used for anchorage.
There's a nice fishing village on the shore. No boatmen or annoying salesmen. Small convenience stores. Cheap food in restaurants.
