Cavo Yacht Marina is a small harbor located on the east side of the Capo Vita Peninsula one mile south-east of the northern tip of Elba Island.

The Cavo marina has a total of 120 berths for yachts on three floating pontoons and at the breakwaters. The maximum allowable length of a yacht is 12 meters and the draught is no more than 1.8 meters. The marina is operated by the yacht club Circolo Nautico Cavo. Several berths are reserved for transit yachts.
Before enters into the marina it is necessary to request permission via VHF on channel 09 or by phone +39 056 593 1023.

The marina has a bar, restaurant, yacht and fishing equipment store, minimarket, newsstand, tobacco, pharmacy.
