Yacht anchorage in baia Arcile

Archile Bay is located on the east coast of Sicily, 12.5 miles to the south of Catania and 15 miles to the north-northwest of Syracuse.

Yachts can be anchored in the whole area of the bay at depths of 5-15 meters. The seabed is seaweed and sand. Choose sandy areas of the seabed to anchor on. The anchor will hold well there and will not disturb the ecology of the bay. The bay shelters yachts well from south and south-west winds.

The bay is quiet and sparsely visited. There are no services on the shore.
